[Co-hosted by FINOLAB] 30th CORGEAR Night ~ Are "You" Real? - The Frontier of Digital Identity in the AI Era ~ The 30th CORGEAR Night will be held in collaboration with FINOLAB, focusing on digital identity in the AI era. As deep fakes, bots, and fraudulent accounts increase due to AI, questions arise: Is the "you" online truly yourself, and are you really human? This event will explore the themes of digital identity and trust infrastructure in the AI era from three perspectives: the global trend of "Proof of Humanity," Japan's unique and powerful infrastructure of the "My Number Card," and the connection through "DID/VC." We will address practical issues such as AML/KYC in finance, Sybil attacks in Web3, and measures against bots and impersonation in online services while discussing defensive strategies for success and aggressive business strategies to thrive in the age of AI. Speakers include Mr. Tajima from BBB&Co, involved in domestic initiatives and support for World ID/Orb; Mr. Tachibana from Maiwallet, which utilizes the My Number Card for Web3 wallets; and Mr. Nakase from Recept, who is working on DID/VC. They will explore the "future of trust" where proof of humanity, identity verification, and attribute proof intersect.
