Description

Event Synopsis When an attack occurs, information is often incomplete and arrives out of order. Leaders must make decisions quickly, under pressure, and with limited facts. This exercise places your board and executive committee in that scenario before a real attacker does. Participants will face two parties, a deepfake AI agent, a malware payload, and an escalation into ransomware. The simulation is inspired by real events and conducted live, with no opportunity to rely on slides. About Your Executive Boardroom Most cyber training targets security operations teams, not the board, CFO, CIO, or Chief AI Officer, who are responsible for critical decisions under pressure and public scrutiny. This exercise addresses that gap. Aarti Samani facilitates a live crisis simulation centred on an AI-enabled attack, beginning with a deepfake delivering the initial payload and escalating into ransomware. Your senior team will respond to the scenario in real time, making decisions and experiencing the consequences. Expert practitioners will analyse each development, highlight best practices, and demonstrate the impact of decisions made under pressure. This format has been proven at the highest level, serving as the centrepiece of the Deepfake Resilience Symposium at the British Consulate-General in New York for senior financial services leaders, forensic investigators, legal experts, crisis communicators, and the U.S. Secret Service. It is now available in London, in an intimate boardroom setting designed for those who need it most. Deepfake fraud and AI-enabled social engineering are rarely included in existing crisis simulations, leaving most executive teams untested against the threats most likely to affect them directly. This session addresses that gap by engaging decision-makers directly. Who should attend: ✅ Board members and executive committees ✅ CIOs and Chief AI Officers ✅ CFOs and other budget-holding executives ✅ CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Cyber Awareness Managers ✅ Legal Counsel and Heads of Communications and Crisis ✅ Anyone who would be present during a real attack but has not yet been tested.
