This session establishes the foundation for a new executive operating model, helping you structure information, preserve institutional knowledge and prepare more effectively for strategic decisions. 10:30–10:50 | Coffee Break 10:50–12:20 | Claude AI as Your Strategic Thought Partner Explore how Claude AI can become an integrated component of your executive operating model. Each team will work on situations closely aligned with executive and board-level responsibilities. Best Practices, Presentations and Awards Teams will present their solutions, discussing strategic relevance, implementation opportunities and business impact.
