NO REFUNDS: All sales, payments, and deposits are final and non-refundable when the participant decides not to attend, arrives late, leaves early, has scheduling conflicts or personal matters, or does not use the available materials or recordings. MANDATORY EXCEPTIONS: Refunds required by applicable law and mandatory Eventbrite policies will be issued, including if ENIX AI cancels the event or does not fully offer the advertised main experience, or if the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days. Corresponding remedies will also apply if the experience offered substantially differs from what was advertised, or if an organizer-attributable failure prevents access or creates a capacity or security issue. CREDIT: If you cannot attend and no mandatory exception applies, ENIX AI may, subject to availability, offer credit for another eligible program.
