Rather than staying at the level of demos and theory, the sessions will examine production systems, difficult trade-offs, hallucinated integrations and the practices needed to use coding agents responsibly. ## Two production-focused talks Raul Tavares, Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, presents “From Building to Orchestrating: Engineering with Multi-Agent AI.” Drawing on his work across edge computing and AI-augmented workflows, Raul will show how CodeGen AI can take on substantial infrastructure work. His examples include an agentic workflow that reduced a website deployment process from four hours to four minutes, plus a distributed, edge-native sportsbook. The talk will also cover the less polished side of agent orchestration: managing the cognitive load of code you did not write, correcting hallucinated API integrations and deciding what meaningful value looks like in AI-augmented engineering. Michiel van der Ros, Staff Engineer and web development tech lead at TomTom, follows with “Rerouting: From Tech Debt You’ve Been Putting Off to a Codebase Agents Can Actually Navigate.” He will explain how he introduced agents into an existing production frontend, oriented them inside unfamiliar code and established habits that made their work safer to trust.
