Every company selected for the Diligence Live stage will receive a direct investment check from Apex: US$75,000–US$150,000 The size and structure of each investment will be determined following the live diligence. The company with the highest conviction score will also receive priority consideration for expanded financing of up to US$2M through an Apex SPV.
