The Digital Forensic Doctoral Symposium (DFDS) is set to take place in Linköping, Sweden, as part of the Digital Forensics Research Conference Europe (DFRWS EU 2026). This hybrid event will feature a variety of sessions and workshops designed to foster collaboration and innovation in the field of digital forensics. The DFRWS Workshop Day will offer technical hands-on workshops specializing in digital forensics, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage with practical tools and techniques relevant to the industry.
Highlights
Co-located with DFRWS EU 2026, taking place from March 24 to March 27, 2026. Organized in cooperation with Linköping University and Digital Forensics Sweden. Provides a platform for doctoral students to share early-stage research and engage with peers. Participants can attend the main DFRWS conference and interact with leading experts. Includes technical hands-on workshops specializing in Digital Forensics. Features the Digital Forensics Rodeo at the Swedish Air Force Museum. Offers opportunities to build connections within the digital forensics community. Encourages discussions on emerging trends and challenges in digital forensics. Hosts the Women in Forensic Computing Workshop on March 23, 2026. Provides a hybrid event format, accommodating both in-person and virtual participants.
