Event Overview The environment surrounding generative AI is changing rapidly, allowing not only engineers but also people from non-engineering backgrounds to easily create prototypes. This year's DevFest will prepare content and sessions for not only engineers but also a new generation of builders who will quickly bring ideas to life using the latest Google AI. 🎯 Build, Secure, Scale: Developers and Builders in the Age of Agents By engaging with cutting-edge insights from Google Developer Experts (GDEs), you will gain the ability to leverage AI as a builder and quickly shape ideas starting today. Learn practical skills that you can immediately use in your work by actively participating in hands-on sessions. ✨ What is a Builder? With the widespread adoption of AI, quickly summarizing ideas, designing them, and prototyping them through techniques like vibe coding has become easier. Therefore, we define those who create using AI and similar technologies, like engineers and designers, as builders. We have prepared content to help both engineers and non-engineers become such builders. 💻 What to Prepare To fully experience the true value of Google AI onsite, please remember to bring a laptop (Windows / Mac) that can connect to the internet. There will be no charging facilities, so please ensure your laptop is fully charged before you arrive. Please prepare a personal Google account. *Note that we cannot support environments connected to remote PCs via tablets or smartphones. *If you are running a virtual machine, hands-on sessions may not proceed smoothly. *If you are using a company account like a GWS account, hands-on sessions might not proceed smoothly due to administrative settings.
