Your Agent. My Agent. Our Chaos?

Developers use AI agents to write code, generate tests, maintain documentation, and plan solutions. Soon, everyone on teams will be working with their own agent. And each agent understands a different subset. This makes development faster. And communication often more difficult. ## The focus When multiple people and agents work on the same product, new questions arise: How do we keep context in sync? Where do we document decisions in a way that both humans and agents understand? What happens when documentation is automatically changed or overwritten? And which conversations should consciously take place only between people? In this session, we will discuss concrete experiences from software development with Claude Code and other AI agents. Together, we will look for patterns that allow teams to share knowledge, keep decisions transparent, and maintain a common understanding of their work despite increasing automation. We will also look beyond software development: What applies wherever people will work together with their own AI agents in the future? The results will form the basis for a joint white paper. ## Format Short practical inputs, open discussion, and collaborative work on the first building blocks of the white paper. ## For whom For developers, tech leads, product owners, and anyone who wants to use AI agents in teams or understand how agentic collaboration can be organized. Bring experiences, workarounds, and dissent. ## Moderation Martin Ströbele is the managing director of orgaloom GmbH and develops agentic work systems for companies. He leads teams of humans and digital employees to new productivity. Olaf Bublitz develops a visual planning application with Claude Code. He brings practical experience from his own agentic coding project—from requirements and planning to implementation, testing, documentation, and maintainability. Thomas Krause is a freelance work systems designer and Flight Levels Professional® from Karlsruhe. He redesigns work and organizational systems, connecting strategy, process coordination, and concrete implementation.
