Cursor Workshop Málaga

We are going to 42 Málaga to hold a practical workshop on Cursor! The session will start from scratch so that anyone can follow it, even if they have never used Cursor. But we won't stop at just a basic introduction. We will also cover lesser-known features, practical tips, and ways of working that can be useful even if you already regularly use Cursor. The idea is to open your laptop and try everything on the go. If you are new, you will learn to take your first steps. If you are already part of the community or use Cursor in your projects, you will discover new possibilities, compare your working style with that of other users, and take away some tricks to improve it. All attendees will receive free Cursor credits to use during the workshop and to continue experimenting afterwards. We will also have some merch, and after the workshop, we will stay for coffee, sweets, and a snack with the community and students from 42 Málaga. Agenda 👋 17:30 - Welcome and presentation of Cursor Málaga A small introduction to get to know each other and to talk about what we are building with the community in Málaga. 💻 17:40 - Cursor from scratch We will review the main concepts and functions so that everyone has a solid foundation to start from. ⚡ 18:00 - Beyond the basics We will delve into lesser-known features, tips, and ways of working that can also be useful to those who already use Cursor. 🛠️ 18:20 - Practical workshop We will put into practice what we've learned with free Cursor credits. There will be time to try out different ideas, share working methods, and resolve questions. ☕ 18:45 - Snack and networking Coffee, sweets, and some time to get to know each other, compare experiences, and talk with other people interested in Cursor, AI, and programming. 🔚 19:00 - Closing Who is this event for? For people who have never used Cursor and also for those who already work with it and want to know the tool better. You do not need a specific level. We will start with the fundamentals and advance towards features, tips, and ways of working that are not always discovered during the first days of use. What do you need to bring?
