Cohort 6, Gold Event Day

Hiring Partner Event Day This is your unfiltered window into the program: a full day on-site to meet the Challengers, see how they work, and kick off the formal interview process. Early Arrival and coffee runs from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, partner presentations begin. Each partner will have 5 to 10 minutes in front of the full cohort, and your presentation should cover: Presenting without slides is strongly encouraged. Interviews begin at 10:00 AM. Every interview is 30 minutes. Full Day Schedule Come ready to observe, engage, and interview. If there are Challengers you want to add to your schedule after meeting them informally during the day, let the Gauntlet team know and we will coordinate.
