Codex Community Meetup – Rio de Janeiro

Join us for another edition of the Codex Community Meetup – Rio de Janeiro, an in-person gathering for developers, software engineers, students, and builders interested in understanding how Artificial Intelligence is transforming not only the way we write code but the entire software engineering process. In this edition, we will explore the theme: From PRD to Production: AI PDLC & Agentic Software Engineering with Codex The proposal will be different from simply opening a coding agent and asking it to build an application. During the meetup, we will start from an existing full-stack application built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, which received a new product requirement. From this scenario, we will navigate step by step through an AI-driven development workflow, exploring how to better structure the work so that Codex can understand the problem, navigate the project, implement changes, and validate the result with more context and predictability. Throughout the workshop, we will cover concepts such as: The idea is to show, in practice, that working with a coding agent goes far beyond writing a good prompt. We also need to design the context, the instructions, the validation mechanisms, and the environment in which the agent will execute the work. We will have live demonstrations and a practical workshop using Codex App/CLI. 💻 Bring your laptop! The proposal is that you can follow the workflow in practice during the event and experiment with the concepts presented.
