This hands-on Codex build brings 100 builders, founders, engineers, and operators together to prototype useful agentic co-workers for the workflows that matter inside companies. This is not a conference session or a long product presentation - most of the afternoon is protected building time. Each participant receives $100 Codex credits to build with! Choose one of 3 build tracks: Build individually or in a small team. Bring a workflow worth fixing, turn it into a working prototype with Codex, and share what you learned with the room.
