Code for Taiwan September Meetup: Is AI Writing Actually Correct?

Using AI to write code, create reports, and organize data – is the result good, or is it just a matter of luck? After holding the first session at Five Times Academy in July, we bring an improved version back in September. This workshop won’t teach you how to craft better prompts; instead, we will directly use Claude Cowork to create a 'What’s for Dinner?' decision card from a teaching menu and then use fixed checks to verify whether the AI's output is correct. You won’t take home a PowerPoint presentation, but rather a method: first, clearly define what 'correct' means (SDD), then let the AI run within boundaries and stop at evidence (Harness). No programming knowledge is required; just bring your laptop! Ci continues to share practical notes on AI development on Threads, using Claude Code to clear out over 40,000 Gmail messages accumulated over 13 years in one afternoon and has shared about 'waking up to complete a company's restructuring project.' In this session, he will help you distinguish between these two modes and use the concepts of SDD and harness to transform your approach from 'leaving it to chance' to 'producing consistent results every time.'
