About the Hackathon Ideas are easy. Building is hard. Foundry & Loop is bringing together developers, AI/ML engineers, designers, founders, students, researchers, and creators for an intense 29-hour overnight hackathon in Mulki, Udupi. For nearly 30 hours, you'll have the opportunity to form a team, identify a problem, experiment with technology, build a working prototype, and present it to a panel of judges. You don't need a polished startup. You don't need an existing product. You don't even need a fully formed idea. Come with your skills, curiosity, and willingness to build. Find a team. Pick a problem. Build something. Ship it. Demo it. ⚡ What Happens? 💡 IDEATE Start with a problem worth solving. Explore ideas, pitch concepts, find teammates, and decide what you're going to build. 🤝 BUILD YOUR TEAM Build with people from different backgrounds: Engineering × AI/ML × Design × Product × Business Come with your friends or meet your teammates at the event. 🛠️ BUILD Once the hackathon begins, the clock is yours. Use the technologies, APIs, frameworks, models, and tools you think will help you build the best solution. 🚀 SHIP Don't stop at an idea. Build something people can actually interact with. 🎤 DEMO At the end of the hackathon, every participating team will have the opportunity to present what they built. Show us the problem. Show us the product. Tell us what you learned. And show us what's next. 🗓️ EVENT SCHEDULE 22 SEPTEMBER 2026 11:00 AM — Check-in & Registration Arrive at the venue, collect your event kit, meet fellow participants, and get settled. 12:00 PM — Opening Ceremony Welcome from Foundry & Loop. We'll introduce the hackathon, explain the rules, judging criteria, challenges, and prizes. 12:30 PM — Idea Pitching & Team Formation Have an idea? Pitch it. Looking for a team? Find one. Don't know what to build? Meet people and brainstorm together. 1:30 PM — HACKING BEGINS ⚡ The clock starts. Time to build. 2:00 PM — Lunch Fuel up before the long build session. 4:00 PM — Mentor & Builder Sessions Get feedback, discuss your architecture, validate your idea, and keep building. 8:00 PM — Dinner Take a break, refuel, and get back to work. 10:00 PM — Night Build Session 🌙 The venue stays active as teams continue building through the night. 23 SEPTEMBER 2026 1:00 AM — Midnight Snacks & Coffee ☕ Keep the ideas flowing. 6:00 AM — Breakfast A new day.
