Co-Pilot Training for Pilot Group Members

Dear colleague, Your supervisor has registered you as a competent employee in the field of AI. This means you already have experience with AI applications and have actively experimented with them. From SVO|PL, we are starting a pilot group for Microsoft Copilot Pro. With this pilot, we want to investigate how Copilot, linked to our Microsoft 365 environment, can contribute to reducing workload and better organizing tasks. Additionally, we find it important that the use of AI within SVO|PL aligns with the developments surrounding the European AI Act and our own AI policy. Therefore, we are starting the pilot together with a mandatory basic training. What can you expect? During the start training, we will focus on: • The main components of the European AI Act; • The AI policy of SVO|PL; • The possibilities and operation of Microsoft Copilot Pro; • Safe, responsible, and effective use of AI within our organization. After the start training, you will receive access to your Microsoft Copilot Pro account. Sign up for a training session There are multiple training sessions available. You can choose the date that best suits your schedule. Important: By signing up for one of the trainings, you participate in the pilot group and commit to the program throughout the school year. During the school year In addition to the start training, we will organize several meetings where we share experiences and collectively explore how Copilot can be optimally utilized. We will also set up an online community where participants can inform each other about: • Practical applications; • Opportunities and yields; • Risks and points of concern; • New developments regarding AI and Copilot. The dates for the follow-up training sessions and meetings will be announced after the summer holidays. Evaluation At the end of the school year, we will collectively evaluate the pilot. We will gather insights on what the use of Copilot has produced for you and what added value it has had for your work practice.
