Claude for Independent Sponsor Packaging Engine
Description
What this workshop covers This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing independent sponsors, deal leads, and capital-raising teams how to produce an IC-ready capital-partner package, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork. We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes deal data and model assumptions and produces a base-case model, a returns view, and a package-readiness verdict, so by the end of the session you can package a deal for a capital partner without building it by hand. Limited slots available. First come, first served. Section 1: Running the Full Packaging Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. An Orchestrator restates the deal, the capital ask, and the timeline. A Deal Modeler builds the base-case model and the returns. A Bull argues the case to fund the deal. A Bear on a fresh turn argues why a capital partner passes. The run ends at the Watch Dog, which checks the model ties to source, confirms assumptions are defensible and returns reconcile, sends any unsupported assumption back to the Modeler, and has the Judge issue a package-readiness verdict and what to strengthen. Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture the run order as a Claude skill so it executes the same way for every deal. We build the skill that encodes each seat, the base-case model logic, and the source and reconciliation checks, so packaging a deal becomes a single instruction rather than a sequence you rebuild each time. Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules, the skill file for the packaging engine, the editable criteria that hold your returns targets and assumption-defensibility bar so your team can tune them without touching code, and the agent files behind the Bull, Bear, Judge, and Watch Dog. Configure these once and every deal you package gets modeled, stress-tested, and reconciled against the same standard. What you leave with All root files, prompts, workflows, and input templates ready to run on your own company tomorrow. 30-minute Q&A with Ayub. Who this is for Independent sponsors, deal leads, and capital-raising teams who want to compress the time between sourcing a deal and having an IC-ready capital-partner package on the table.
