Whether you're in finance, operations, marketing, HR or leadership, you'll leave with practical, applicable skills. No prior AI experience is required. We've structured the day so complete beginners get a solid foundation, while those already using Claude will find new techniques to sharpen their practice. What you'll walk away with By 4:30pm, you'll have hands on experience across Claude's core surfaces, and real outputs to show for it: • Confident, everyday use of Claude Chat for prompting, research and writing • Practical experience with Cowork, delegating real work rather than just chatting • A first look at Claude Code, including the basics of building a desktop application • Your own markdown files, produced and refined during the session • An interactive HTML build you've created yourself, from prompt to working output How the day is structured Chat: Foundations We start everyone on the same page: how Claude actually works, core prompting principles, and the mindset shift that makes AI collaboration effective rather than frustrating. You'll leave this block having produced your own markdown files. You'll build an interactive HTML file and see how the mixed group brings different roles' perspectives to the same tool. Cowork: Applied practice Hands on work with Cowork, Claude's agentic workspace for delegating multi step tasks rather than typing every instruction yourself. Code: Going further An introduction to Claude Code and what it makes possible. No coding background required: you'll explore the basics of building a simple desktop application, guided step by step. Why this format works This isn't a lecture. It's a working session. You'll spend the day building real markdown files, a real HTML build, and the beginnings of a real desktop application, not sitting through slides about AI in the abstract.
