The Winter Academy, hosted at the Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre in Edmonton, Canada, invites participants to immerse themselves in a transformative educational experience from February 28 to March 21, 2026. This program is designed to foster skills and knowledge in a variety of winter-themed activities and sports, catering to individuals of all skill levels. Attendees can expect a rich lineup of workshops, expert-led sessions, and engaging community interactions that highlight the beauty of winter sports and healthy living.
Highlights
High-energy, competitive sessions coached by Edmonton Elks players and staff. Training follows Football Canada's Long Term Athletic Development Model. Sessions held every Saturday from February 28 to March 21, 2026. Minor Camp: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM; High School Camp: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Location: Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre Fieldhouse. Cost: $231 per participant. Participants should bring helmets, shoulder pads, cleats, athletic wear, and water. Limited spots available; early registration recommended.
