Coffee with HR — Roundtable: How is HR using AI?

Artificial intelligence is already part of the daily routine of many HR departments, but in practice, each company is experiencing this transformation in its own way. In this Coffee with HR, we will create space for an open conversation among professionals in the field to understand how AI is being used today, what challenges are emerging, and where the real opportunities lie for HR to advance. To foster this exchange, we will share insights from a survey conducted with HR professionals and bring in experts to help deepen the discussion, connect different experiences, and provide new perspectives on the challenges that arise in the conversation. More than just discussing trends, the aim is to share experiences, hear what other HRs are doing, and jointly discuss how to turn AI into an increasingly strategic tool for people management.
