Building AI Workflows with Gemini API, Google Workspace & n8n

Come learn how to connect Google tools with Gemini AI and n8n to automate everyday tasks! We’ll cover the basics of APIs and how n8n connects each step of a workflow before bringing it all to life in an interactive demo. Upload a photo through Google Forms and watch Gemini generate a title, description, and score before your submission appears automatically in a Google Slides deck on the big screen. Gemini will then pick the Top 3 submissions for small prizes! Then, it’s your turn to build! In the hands-on activity, you’ll create your own email-to-calendar automation: send yourself an email, let Gemini extract the event details, and have the event added automatically to Google Calendar. Please bring a laptop if you’d like to follow along and build your own automation!
