Build Your AI Assistant — Cincinnati AI Workshop

Build your own AI assistant with me in Cincinnati. Bring your laptop and one recurring job you want help with. In four hours, I’ll help you connect your supported email and calendar, build a morning brief from your own information, then build a second tool around your work. You’ll schedule it, check the first run and keep the instructions. Host: Chris Sloane, Heaviside AI. Eight seats. 1–5 PM Eastern. $500 total per person, including Eventbrite fees. Maximum two people per business. Tickets close 48 hours before each workshop. What you’ll leave with • An assistant with your business context and working instructions. • A morning brief from supported email and calendar accounts, with sources you can check. • A second tool for a recurring job, and a checked automatic run. • Three next project ideas, ranked, and a seven-day plan. The afternoon 1:00: setup and choose your job. 1:15: connect email and calendar and build the brief. 2:15: build your second tool. 3:05: schedule and check the first run. 3:35: test both outputs and save the instructions. 4:15: rank your next projects. 4:50: write your seven-day plan. Before you come Bring your laptop and the accounts your business permits you to use. I recommend the optional 20-minute setup appointment, especially if you’re new to the tools. If you skip it, I’ll help you get set up during the workshop. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate from your ticket. Supported connections depend on your provider and permissions. The promise and credit If you leave without a usable workshop-grade starter, I’ll fix it with you afterward or refund your seat. Skipping optional preparation does not change that promise.
