Description

Claude with full CRM access still gets it wrong more than half the time. Spend four hours with us and leave with a revenue agent running on your own data, organized in Vasco's context graph. 📍 Montreal 📅 Tuesday, August 25, 2026 🎟 Free, invite only, 12 companies per city Who's joining this sessionThis session is built for Directors and above in Customer Success or Account Management, at companies with $3M+ in revenue. Attendees typically run their CS or AM motion on a CRM like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio, or Zoho, and likely have call recordings and support tickets living in Zendesk or Intercom. Part 1: Setting the stageWe'll go over the data points that are accessible across your stack — CRM fields, call recordings, support tickets — and the types of agents that are most relevant for CS and AM teams working with that data. Part 2: The diagnosisWe look at the typical trends and patterns that lead to churn, as well as the signals that point to expansion opportunities, using your own account data. Part 3: Agent design sprintWe build out an agent that reflects the diagnosis — targeting the area the findings show is most important to tackle for your business. Breakout rooms with Justin and Alec give every team hands-on 1:1 support. Part 4: The showcaseWe share our findings: each team presents the agent they built, the problem it solves, and the before and after. A panel selects the winner. Before the sessionOnce confirmed, our team reaches out to book a free pre-session call. During this call, we scope your stack and context so you spend the session building, not setting up. Ahead of the session, we'll also need your systems admin (whoever has admin rights to your CRM and support tools) to connect your tech stack to Vasco. This doesn't require a call — it's a self-serve connection they can complete on their end. Your hosts: Justin Hudon Head of Sales and Customer Success at Vasco Justin has spent his career in frontline sales, customer success, and GTM leadership at Lightspeed. At Vasco, he translates what revenue teams actually struggle with into the context graph logic that turns 52% accuracy into 98%. Alec Oghassabian, Sr. RevOps Partner Six years as Director of Revenue Operations at Potloc. At Vasco, his work centers on what it actually takes to make AI reliable: fixing the data foundation before trusting the output. Can't make it? Join the waitlist to get notified when new dates open.
