Clark is a Professor and co-lead for Research Programs and Services in the Interdisciplinary Institute on Artificial Intelligence at Montana State University. He has spent two decades working at the intersection of emerging technology, data science, and information systems. His research includes machine learning, explainable AI, reinforcement learning, algorithmic UX design, responsible AI frameworks, and semantic knowledge systems. In addition to his research and software development work, Jason is an experienced mentor and lecturer with a focus on making complex AI concepts accessible and useful for practitioners across disciplines.
