Description

Most people use Claude as a chat window. This day is about getting past that, to a Claude that knows your work, runs it on a schedule and hands it back finished. What you go home with Five things, all built on your own work during the day. You also leave with the materials. An operating-manual template, a skill library and a set of task templates. Not theory. Things you built, running on your own account. Who this is for You will get the most out of the day if any of these sound like you. Project managers, consultants, analysts, operators, marketers, lawyers, researchers, strategists, founders and team leads. No coding required, none expected. What the day covers Six capabilities, all hands-on, all on your own real work. Connectors. Claude working directly from your documents, mail and calendar, so it already has your context. Skills. Take a procedure you repeat and turn it into something Claude runs the same way every time. Scheduled tasks. Work that fires on its own. Every morning, every Monday, or the first of the month. It runs remotely, so it does not need your laptop open. Agents. Multi-step work Claude carries out while you do something else. Research, lookups, analysis and follow-up, including deep research that cites its sources. Documents and data. Dashboards, spreadsheets, decks and PDFs built from your own raw material. Small tools. Build one thing that does one job for your team, without an engineer. The day runs in Claude Desktop, mostly in Cowork, on your own laptop and your own account. The room One day, one room at Matrikel1. Two hosts in the room all day building alongside you. The full agenda are announced shortly before the event. You spend the day among people solving the same problem in different industries. That is half the value on its own.
