About the Conference The AI Nexus for Black Innovators (AINBI) invites you to the AINBI Black AI Conference 2026: Black Canadians and the Future of AI. This national virtual conference will bring together Black professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, students, policymakers, technology leaders, investors, and community organizations to explore how artificial intelligence is changing work, business, education, public services, and the economy. The conference will focus on one important question: How can Black Canadians participate in, shape, lead, and benefit from the future of AI? Date: November 30, 2026 Format: Virtual Session One: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET Session Two: 2:00 PM–3:30 PM ET Session One: Black Canadians and the Future of AI This session will explore the broader impact of artificial intelligence on Black communities and the opportunities ahead. Topics include: • AI and the future of work • AI skills for Black professionals and youth • Responsible AI and algorithmic fairness • AI transparency and accountability • Black representation in AI policy and decision-making • Preparing Black communities for a changing digital economy Session Two: Building, Leading and Owning in the AI Economy This session will focus on economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, leadership, investment, and ownership. Topics include: • Black entrepreneurship and AI adoption • Building and scaling AI businesses • AI careers and leadership • Access to capital and investment • Government and corporate procurement • Black ownership and intellectual property • Creating pathways for the next generation of Black AI leaders Who Should Attend? This conference is designed for Black professionals, students, entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, investors, community leaders, and anyone interested in advancing Black participation in the AI economy.
