Beyond the Pilot: Leading AI at Scale

About this event: Most districts have a few teachers doing remarkable things with AI and no way to spread it. The early adopters found the tools themselves. They built their own workflows, worked out what to trust, and got good fast. The teacher down the hall still isn't sure whether using AI to draft a parent email is allowed. That gap is not a training problem. It is a systems problem, and it belongs to leadership. This full-day workshop is for the people responsible for closing it. We will work on the structures that turn isolated AI use into district capacity: building guidance people actually follow, creating conditions where teachers share what works, identifying and supporting the leaders already emerging in your buildings, and planning for tools that will change again next year. Expect to leave with a draft plan for your own context and a clear sense of what to do first. We will use real AI tools during the day, but the work is about the systems around them, not the demos. Useful whether you have a formal AI policy or nothing on paper at all. No prior AI experience needed, though those who arrive with real AI use already happening in their buildings will get the most from the planning time. Pay via Invoice If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund. In-Person Events Please note this event will be held in person and will not be recorded. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered.
