Most conversations about AI implementations end at the tools. We rarely talk about what happens next: that the team stops reading summaries because the model is usually right, that someone starts double-checking everything because they once got burned, that the implementation works formally but in practice, people bypass it. These are behaviors, not failures, and that’s why they’re not visible in the metrics. BehaviorAI Community is about this very layer. We meet at the OdraCentrum café in Wrocław. At the first ‘zero’ meeting, we establish what we actually want to talk about for the upcoming months. Everyone shares what they are currently working on and what is bothering them; from this, we create a list of topics for future meetings and agree on how we want to work. We also establish a place where we stay in touch between meetings, so we don’t start from scratch each time. The first meeting will be without presentations from a screen and without a panel of experts - we sit at a loooong table and discuss specifics that each person brings from their work. The goal of the initiative is to build an interdisciplinary space for exchanging experiences and jointly developing practices in human-AI collaboration. 6:00 PM, September 22, 2026 · OdraCentrum, Wrocław
