What we're building Over a few sessions, we'll stand up a real parallel development workflow — the way modern teams ship fast by running several streams of work at once, coordinated by AI. We're not rushing it. We take each piece properly, brew in hand, and you leave each session with something that works. You don't need your own project to join — I'll provide the app repo we'll all work through the lessons on, so everyone builds from the same starting line. How we work (and why it matters) We're deliberately not using git worktrees for this. Instead, we clone the full repo for each lane. Every stream gets its own clean, independent space, and it opens up more Human-in-the-Middle (HITM) checkpoints — the moments where you step in, steer the agents, and find room to innovate.
