AI coding assistants can write code fast. But without clear rules about what they should and shouldn't do, they produce inconsistent, hard-to-trust results. The difference between a helpful assistant and a reliable team member is the harness: the persona, guardrails, and skills that shape how the agent operates. In this session, we will configure Claude Code as a governed coding agent with a custom persona and skills, point it at a real classifieds marketplace app, and use Plan Mode to decompose a feature into parallel development lanes ready for execution.
