This hands-on kickoff lab is for business owners, operators, and professionals at any technical level who have a real workflow or problem they want to improve. Bring one workflow that is costing you time, money, quality, or sanity. Together, we will use first-principles thinking to define the actual problem, determine whether AI belongs in the solution, and identify the smallest useful next step. You will leave with either a clear reason not to use AI or one practical, testable experiment. No technical background is required.
