Anti-AI* Happy Hour

Pour yourself any beverage of choice and join us for an hour built to process together. Whatever your relationship to AI looks like right now, this is for you; AI pro or total holdout, professional or community member, nonprofit worker or activist, or just someone trying to make sense of it all. *anti = anyone skeptical, reluctant, or resistant. There’s no purity test to join. Folks can use AI and still have complicated feelings about it. This space offers a safe environment to share experiences, concerns, or general angst around how AI is inflencing your life. Why is this important: Claude was pretty adamant that we didn't call this event Anti-AI. That push to convince us otherwise is exactly why we stuck with our human judgment and decided that was the only direction to go. What to expect: A few simple prompts in small groups or as one group depending on turnout. We'll open with a few minutes of framing and close with space for anyone who wants to share. Nothing is recorded, and there is no pitch afterward. Her commitment to supporting others is deeply rooted in her identities as community builder and caretaker. As a coach, Amy helps indivduals navigating decisions and challenges slow down, trust what they already know, and act from clarity instead of pressure. In December 2025, she founded human.heart.work., a coaching practice. When she's not working, she's probably exploring coffee shops with her fiance, playing beach volleyball or being a dog mom to Spencer. Their career spans 12+ years of experience in public health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). They’ve worked in non-profits, municipal and state governmental agencies, member associations, and academic institutions across the country and globally. They are also the proud parent of a feisty, 6-year old Chiweenie named Winnie. As a trauma-informed coach, Simon holds space for talented folks so they have the opportunity to slow down and listen to their innermost wisdom.
