For Dental Clinics｜Finishing Signage with AI (Part 1)

Many of you may have already tried having AI write text. If you input a notice of temporary closure, you will get a somewhat appropriate piece of text. However, have you stopped there? You copy the draft to another screen, shorten it for posting, change the wording for morning meetings, create images with a different service, and then replace them. In jumping between tools, it ultimately takes as much time as it would by hand. In this first session, we will address the issue of 'having a draft but not being able to produce a finished product.' ■ Activities on the Day While displaying the screen, we will use a notice of temporary closure (fictional example) as our subject. We will input the key points we want to convey as bullet points and sequentially create content for patient instructions, a short notice for the waiting area, and an internal memo to read during the morning meeting, all on the same screen. We will also create accompanying illustrations on the same screen and assemble the text and images into a single A4 poster. The focus of this session is to continuously use the systems for creating text and illustrations without switching screens. There is no need to copy the created text and paste it into another service. ■ Items to Take Home (Participation Benefits - 3 Item Set) The parts to be rewritten are enclosed in 【　】, so you can simply replace the date and contact information to use it directly in your clinic. ■ Target Audience Clinic directors and staff (receptionists / dental hygienists / administrative staff) at dental clinics. The session will proceed on the premise that no prior experience with AI is required. Terminology will be rephrased as it appears. For those who are already using it, you will be able to see how to create complete products on a single screen. ■ Participation Guidelines - The topic for the day will be a fictional notice of temporary closure.
