You'll then move into three distinct sprints: **Sprint 1 (Weeks 1-2):** Experimentation and ideation phase where teams explore AI tools, build an idea bank, and define key assumptions for their chosen concepts. The first online pit stop requires teams to present and defend their ideas to the workshop's technical team. **Sprint 2 (Weeks 2-3):** Development and testing of initial AI agents.
