AI Workshop for Teams
Description
Transform your team's AI capabilities from zero to functioning prototype in just five weeks with this intensive accelerator program from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) and Reactor. Starting July 1–2 with a collaborative learning day in [Kyiv](https://www.createwith.com/cities/kyiv), this program is designed for C-level executives and their teams who want to build internal AI competencies rather than outsource innovation to external vendors. ## Why This Program Stands Out Unlike traditional AI training that focuses on theory, this accelerator takes your team through the complete cycle from idea generation to working prototype. You'll learn by doing, developing real AI agents using OpenWebUI and [Slack](https://www.createwith.com/tool/slack) environments with weekly facilitation. The program combines the best elements of educational courses and startup accelerators, giving you both the methodological foundation and hands-on technical experience needed to implement AI solutions. ## What You'll Learn The journey begins with a two-day intensive at KMBS covering corporate innovation methodologies (Design Thinking and Discovery-Driven Planning), the AI work cycle, principles of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and the complete technology stack for corporate AI environments. You'll then move into three distinct sprints: **Sprint 1 (Weeks 1-2):** Experimentation and ideation phase where teams explore AI tools, build an idea bank, and define key assumptions for their chosen concepts. The first online pit stop requires teams to present and defend their ideas to the workshop's technical team. **Sprint 2 (Weeks 2-3):** Development and testing of initial AI agents. Teams learn prompt engineering, create knowledge bases, and develop their first working agents using real company data. **Sprint 3 (Weeks 4-5):** Full prototype implementation with iterative testing, feedback gathering, and refinement of prompts and agent interactions. ## Who Should Attend This program targets C-level executives and their teams (minimum 3 participants) who see AI as a critical growth component, want to minimize vendor dependence, and are ready to invest in innovation experiments. Ideal for leaders who view uncertainty and complexity as opportunities rather than obstacles, and who want their teams to develop independent AI capabilities. ## What Your Team Takes Home Beyond the intensive learning experience, teams leave with tangible assets: a comprehensive idea bank of AI concepts, system AI-ag
