From this position, Gabriel leads the modernization of operational processes and technological infrastructures for both the public and private sectors.Gustavo Alvira - HR resource management agents: A developer with more than 20 years of experience in software development for HR management systems, ERPs, and CRMs. He is currently developing an AI-first startup with a multi-agent system that has allowed for exponential growth in the speed at which he can provide solutions in HR management systems.The hardest moment for a builder is not writing the code — it’s deciding what to build and bringing it to a real user. This edition explores both sides of the bridge.
