AI-Native Company Roundtable

If you could rebuild your company from scratch today – would you design it the same way? The same teams, processes, organizational structure, information systems, and management style? Or would we create a completely different company in the world of contemporary AI? The AI-Native Company Roundtable will temporarily set aside the limitations of current organizations and start with a clean slate. We will collectively think about what a company designed from day one for the AI era would look like – what tasks would humans do, what tasks would AI agents handle, which processes would not even exist, how small individual teams could be, and how management, decision-making, or information handling would change. For founders and owners of companies, CEOs and members of leadership, CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs, AI and transformation leaders, startup founders, product and technology leaders, and other decision-makers who do not just want to add AI to their current company, but are thinking about how to redesign the company itself with its help.
