AI Native Club Run London :: 005
Description
Brain got too many tabs open? 𤯠This Sunday evening. You, me, humans, park run, followed by AI salon & social. Twenty minutes of movement around humans can do more for you than sitting for an hour trying to think your way out of something. Stimulated? Move. Stressed? Move. Stuck? Move. Sad? Move. Stop hunching over your keyboard. Your best ideas arenât coming from that. Movement gives you space to think, dream, reflect, decide, and decompress. Add fresh air and interesting people, and youâll leave feeling more alive than when you arrived. AI Native Club is your IRL not-so-serious social wellness club for AI minds. We playfully bring ambitious founders, builders, operators, creatives, and curious people using or exploring AI, together offline through movement. This Sunday, weâll pair you up with running buddies, give you prompts (ha, see what we did?) to chat about and go for a relaxed park run, followed by a bit of intellectual stimulation (an AI salon). No race and no pressure. (When we say social pace, we really mean it. Weâre here to chat, not challenge our PB's). You donât need to be a runner, know anyone, or have AI all figured out (no one does). Step out. Meet someone new. Learn something new. Leave feeling alive! Join us and you wonât get left behind with AI or our run. Your agents and your nervous system will thank you. See ya there! 𤯠> đ The flow 6pm ⢠Meet - Welcome, bag drop, warm-up 6:15pm ⢠Move - Relaxed 3-5K park run, paired running buddies, swap each kilometre, meet someone new 7pm ⢠AI Salon - Chill, go deeper on the theme of the week with our guest speaker 7:45pm ⢠Social - Hang around, swap notes and learn how people are actually using AI. đď¸ Spaces Limited spaces and highly curated to keep the energy high. Location shared when your spotâs confirmed. q & a An offline AI Club? How the heck does that work? Weâre not really a social wellness club. We meet, we move, we socialize and sometimes we build together, all IRL to mix physical and intellectual stimulation and be human together. Howâd the idea come about? You know the saying âyouâre the sum of the 5 closest people you surround yourself withâ? After spending 8 months locked away talking to agents, I almost became one. AI burnout is real and the only thing that brought me back to reality was stepping away from the screen, seeing friends, and moving my body. And I thought, wouldnât it be cool to do that with other interesting humans doing stuff with AI without it all being so serious. So here we are! Me trying not to become the sum of the 5 closest agents I surround myself with đŽâđ¨đĽš Whoâs it for? Why movement? Makes you feel alive, happier, and most importantly healthier. It helps you perform at your best physically, mentally, and professionally. We get one life and one body. And the ones you love and care about deserve the best version of you. Iâm not a runner Good, we all start somewhere. Weâll help you finish, no one gets left behind. Runner? Come for your zone 2 recovery run. đ What to bring Bag drop available? Bag drop available, but canât accept responsibility for lost items. Can I skip the run and only join the AI Salon + social? Please only apply if you can join the full session. Movement is what helps the group connect before everything else. Do I need to bring my laptop? Nope. Drop your claws. Swap screen time for real time and come move with us! I canât make it anymore, what should I do? Mark yourself as not going so someone on the waitlist can take your spot. Join us next time :)
