AI Leadership Day

Welcome to AI Leadership Day! Leadership in the era of AI requires both: human orientation and technological security in action. On one hand, leaders must guide people, create clarity, and take responsibility. On the other hand, they need to understand how AI can be concretely utilized within their team - not as an abstract future topic, but as practical support in work, leadership, and cooperation. The AI Leadership Day is aimed at leaders, HR professionals, and consultants who want to understand and practically develop the role of leadership in the age of AI. The focus is on the question of how humans and AI can be combined so that teams become more capable of action and leadership becomes more effective. Through three interconnected blocks, we will explore the journey from leadership roles to concrete work with AI to the design of human-AI teams. The day is designed as a compact mini-training: with dialogue, exchange, practical application, and joint reflection. By the end of the day, you will have gained a clearer picture of what leadership in the age of AI means, which agent systems can be useful in a team context, and how leaders can consciously shape collaboration between humans and AI.
