AI Leaders Network
Description
About this event: Most of the people making AI decisions for Indiana districts are making them alone. The AI Leaders Network is a standing quarterly group for those people to compare notes with each other instead. There is no keynote and no slide deck. Each session opens with a short read on what has changed since we last met, then moves into problems members bring: a policy that is not holding, a rollout that stalled, a board question nobody had a good answer for. We meet virtually for ninety minutes, four times a year. Because the value is entirely in the other people at the table, this only works live. Come with something you are actually stuck on. Session 1 is December 15 from 3:30 to 5:00, and it is free to attend. Coming to the first one is the easiest way to find out whether the group is worth your quarter. Who should attend: Superintendents, assistant superintendents, technology directors, curriculum directors, directors of teaching and learning, and building principals who own AI decisions for more than their own classroom.
