AI in the Workplace and Beyond
Description
A working evening, not a lecture. You will pick one task you do every week and leave with a system that does it for you. A Certificate of Completion is included — you get it after the workshop, so it is something you can put on a resume or show an employer. What we'll cover • Which tool fits your work — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity. "Which one is best" is the wrong question; the one that can reach your files and your email wins. • How to actually ask — why a one-line request gives you something generic, and the four things to include so it comes back usable. • Build your own system — take one task you repeat every week and turn it into something you can run again. • Connect your tools without code — what an API really is, in plain English, and the no-code level where almost all the value sits. • Agents — what they are, what they can genuinely do, and where they still fall over. • Using it without getting burned — what never to paste in, what to double-check, and how to talk about all of this in an interview. How to prepare • Bring a laptop — you will be building, not just listening • Come with one task you repeat every week • A free account is plenty — you do not need to pay for anything • Bring a pen and notepad Parking is free on site.
