AI Impact Sessions: Human-Centered AI and how Puerto Rico can design artificial intelligence that puts people at the center. The question is not only what artificial intelligence can do, but what it can do for and with people. AI Impact Sessions explores Human-Centered AI and how Puerto Rico can develop systems that enhance human capabilities, preserve our agency, and respond to our realities. Artificial intelligence is beginning to participate in decisions that affect our health, education, work, business, and daily life. In this session, we will explore Human-Centered AI: how to design systems that are useful, transparent, inclusive, and responsible, keeping people at the center of the decision. AI Impact Sessions is a series of meetings that delves into how AI impacts different sectors of Puerto Rico's economy, understanding that not all sectors benefit from the adoption of AI in the same way.
