AI Hackathon (Birmingham)

Overview ​Your customer list lives in one spreadsheet. Sales pipeline lives in another. Delivery and project tracking lives in a third. None of them agree with each other, so nobody's looking at the same numbers, and decisions get made on gut feeling, or a board meeting starts with an argument over whose numbers are right. ​This hackathon fixes that. Bring the spreadsheets you're actually using and want to consolidate. Bring your ideas too, even the ones that don't exist as a spreadsheet yet. Gavin is an independent evaluation consultant and social value measurement specialist, with expertise in data storytelling built over 20+ years leading operational transformation programmes at KCI Medical, TNT and FedEx across Europe.
