AI Governance Roundtable

The AI Governance Roundtable will open a practical debate on how to establish AI governance in organizations that allows for innovation while keeping risks under control. We will discuss responsibilities and roles, approval of AI tools and use cases, data management, internal rules, monitoring and auditing, supplier management, and the requirements arising from European regulation. We will focus primarily on practice: how to set governance so that it does not create another administrative process that employees will circumvent? What should be centralized and what should remain with individual teams? Who should own AI governance? And how do we find the right balance between control, security, and the speed of AI adoption? The roundtable is built on open discussion and the exchange of experiences among participants, rather than traditional presentations. For CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CDOs, AI and transformation leaders, lawyers, compliance and risk specialists, DPOs, management representatives, and other professionals responsible for the safe, responsible, and scalable implementation of AI in organizations.
