Through an intense format, you will work on your own processes, identify where AI can create the most value for your team, prioritize implementation under time pressure, and test your ideas in front of other managers who will take on the role of management and challenge your decisions. The focus is not on theory or generic AI tools, but on concrete business scenarios and decisions you can actually start to implement tomorrow. In the end, you will leave with a clear AI action plan for your team or department, a prioritized list of processes with the greatest potential, and concrete steps for the next 90 days. Here’s how it works: You come in and sit at a table with other leaders you probably have never met. You work with the same dynamic, but everyone on their own action plan - for their processes, not hypothetical situations. We provide you with guidelines and the timer starts ticking. No hour-long introductions or long presentations. Within minutes, you're already on the first sprint. Dynamics: Sprint 1 - Mapping: You identify where AI can bring the greatest value to your team. You work on real situations with real business benefits. In the end, you have a final list - and you enter the next sprint with that. Sprint 2 - Prioritization: Under time pressure, you decide what is most important. You choose only one idea to defend in front of the "management" and prepare your presentation. Sprint 3 - Validation: Your colleagues at the table become the management. You have two minutes to present your idea. Your team scrutinizes it: How much does it cost? What is the ROI? Who leads it? If your idea doesn't survive this phase, it won't survive reality either. Sprint 4 - Action Plan: The last sprint, maximum pressure. You create a 90-day plan: define stakeholders, KPIs, first steps.
