Overview Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important part of today’s workplace and is changing how employers recruit, hire, and work across many industries. For job seekers, AI can also be a practical tool throughout the employment journey—from exploring career options and researching employers to creating application materials, preparing for interviews, and developing new skills. This workshop will introduce practical ways job seekers can use AI to make their job search more efficient, improve the quality of their application materials, and prepare more effectively for employment opportunities. Participants will also learn how to communicate with AI effectively and use it as a tool while staying in control of their own work and decisions.
