AI Engineers Weekly Chiang Mai

A weekly coffee meetup for AI engineers and coders in Chiang Mai to explore, discuss and experiment with the latest AI technology. Taking place at The Kannas Hotel on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 ICT, this informal session offers a regular space to keep up with fast-moving developments in AI. Rather than following a fixed conference agenda, attendees will look at noteworthy technology from the week, discuss what it means and play around with it together. ## What to expect The meetup combines conversation with practical exploration over coffee. The group’s focus is simple: - Check out the latest AI technology from the past week - Discuss new developments with other coders - Experiment with tools and ideas during the session - Share knowledge and learn from one another - Optionally demonstrate something you have been working with The open format makes this particularly useful for people who want a recurring opportunity to compare notes, see what others are testing and deepen their understanding through peer discussion. It is organised as part of the AI Engineers in Thailand group and hosted by Marcus S. and nick f.; Marcus is identified by Meetup as a Super Organizer. ## Who should attend? Coders of every experience level are welcome. You do not need to be an advanced AI engineer to take part: the organisers explicitly frame the meetup as a place where attendees can always learn more from each other.
