AI-Driven Development: LLMs, Agents, and Code

AI is changing the way software is built, but there is much more behind these tools than simply writing a prompt. This workshop explores the fundamental concepts of development with AI: how LLMs work, tokens, prompts, and context windows; what an AI harness is and how it allows a model to interact with tools and code; and how agents and subagents can divide tasks, specialize, and work on increasingly complex projects! Finally, we will have a live demo, building software with tools like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, from the initial prompt to an MVP.
