AI Deep Dive with Google, Ep. 3: Multimodal Data
Description
Explore multimodal AI with Google on 2 September 2026 in a two-hour virtual workshop combining an expert tech talk, live demo, hands-on coding and networking. ## Finding clues in multimodal data This third episode of AICamp’s AI Deep Dive with Google series focuses on working across structured and unstructured information. Lucia Subatin of Google will present Finding the clues in a sea of multimodal data, demonstrating how AlloyDB and BigQuery can be combined to scan different data types through Conversational Analytics. You can learn more about the speaker via Lucia Subatin’s LinkedIn profile. The session takes place online on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PDT (5:00–7:00 PM UTC). As a virtual event, it is open to attendees joining from anywhere. ## Beyond basic prompting The workshop forms part of a practical series designed to help developers architect the next generation of agentic AI. It follows the wider engineering lifecycle of Google’s AI stack: moving from local Gemini CLI environments to intelligent agents built with the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Model Context Protocol (MCP), then towards secure, collaborative Agent-to-Agent (A2A) ecosystems deployed on Google Cloud Run. Rather than relying on presentation slides alone, the format combines: - An expert-led deep-dive technical talk - A live demonstration of the concepts in action - Hands-on code labs for practical learning - Opportunities to meet the speaker and connect with a global technology community The event is particularly relevant to developers, engineers, AI builders and technical leaders who want to move beyond basic prompting and understand how AI systems can reason, act and scale. Its engineering-led approach will be most useful to people interested in agent development, multimodal data, conversational analytics and production-oriented AI architecture. AICamp also invites attendees into its global AI technology community on Discord, where members can continue conversations with speakers and attendees, access learning materials and study groups, discuss startup collaborations, and share jobs or career opportunities.
