A hands-on AI learning journey for EO Barcelona, part of the September–October 2026 programme "From AI Clarity to True Autonomy." This is the core two-day build, following the Sept 10 virtual orientation and Oct 20 Jeffersonian dinner. Day 1 — Build the System: Foundations first, then the build — AI & LLMs, agents, context & memory, intent, governance and trust — followed by hands-on work with AIOS, Claude, GitHub, skills, commands, MCPs and integrations. Goal: your own AIOS running on your machine, loaded with your own context. Day 2 — Ship & Compound: Apply the system to your own real work — build a workflow, dashboard, automation, scheduled agent or other capability. Explore IP protection, human control and judgment, and learn how to create daily loops so the system keeps learning and compounding. Advanced participants can go deeper into architectures, live demos, peer builds and EO-style hot seats. Who it's for: all levels, from complete beginners to advanced — participants are split by level based on a short pre-event assessment. Limited to 30 seats; priority to EO Members, then SLPs and EOA. You'll leave with: your own AIOS installed and configured, a stronger grasp of AI/agents/context/memory, at least one real use case applied to your business, your personal readiness profile, and ideas from other EO businesses.
