The AI Aperitivo is an exclusive high signal and low noise Symposium for top-tier AI builders, engineers and researchers in the Turin AI scene: applied AI engineers, ML researchers, and founders pushing AI forward.​We run Socratic dialogues with AI topics including research papers, LLMs, MCP, RAG, and sometimes we dive into AGI alignment, philosophy, geo-politics, and more. Our Socratic dialogues are structured by the AI Socratic blog posts, focusing on the latest in AI. To keep discussions meaningful and low-noise, every application is carefully reviewed.
